A Light Jet That’s Not Light on Performance

Cessna's Citation CJ4 is a noteworthy successor to the Citation CJ3, with increased cabin size and speed, while still being able to be classified as a light jet. Its FJ44-4A engines can go up to 451 kts.

This Citation CJ4 comes with 110V outlets, AirShow, an enclosed lavatory with a vacuum toilet, Freon air conditioning, headsets, leather seats, a satellite phone, video monitors and ground-based Wi-Fi.

The Best of Multiple Worlds

The Citation CJ4 was derived from the Citation CJ3, which in turn had a larger wingspan and increased fuselage length than the original CitationJet. It re-used the swept wing design of the Citation Sovereign for the leading edge while using airfoils of proprietary design. The landing gear was also moved inboard, making for a smoother ground handling experience.

These improvements make the Citation CJ4 one of the smoother jets GiveJet provides for chartering to and from San Jose.
